The roaming service is perfect when space is a factor and is limited. Your guests will still receive an instant branded jumbo size print and a memory to take home with them. Our Instant print roaming photography service is perfect for group photos, speeches and capturing all the unexpected special moments.
How it works: Our GIF Booth takes a three or four second video clip and repeats or loops it on high speed. GIFs can be branded and emailed to guests and even shared on social media. They are super fun to make and super easy to share.

The photo booth and selfie pod only take 45 minutes to set up but we will always arrive at the venue 60-120 mins prior to operation.

You are welcome to request an earlier set up. As much as we always try to accommodate this is also dependent on other bookings and operational requirements.
Idle time is an additional service offered with a small fee whereby the photo booth structure remains un-operational for a specified period of time until needed for operation again. E.g. The photo booth will be operational for cocktail hour between 17:00 - 18:00, then idle during formalities from 18:00 - 20:00, then be operational again from 20:00 - 23:00
This is usually quite a common request, when the hosts see how much the booth is being enjoyed by their guests. This is usually not a problem but the operator will first confirm with the operations manager.
We require a 3mx3m space. The surface should be level and undercover, sheltered from all natural factors such as wind and rain. A plug point should be provided within 5m of the required operation space for the photo booth or selfie booth
In the unlikely event that there is technical or electrical difficulty your photos will be delivered to you within 7 days of your event.
This is all dependent on how quickly your guests move through the photobooth or selfie booth. On average the full process from entering to print is approximately 1 minute per session.
Your DVD with all photos on will be handed to you on the night of your event. In the unlikely event that you do not receive this, we will ensure it is delivered within 7 days of your event.
Once you have received your quote a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and rate.
A formal request can be submitted to Head office. The deposit is strictly non-refundable, but in the event of your date being moved, we will always try to accommodate bearing in mind that this will be subject to availability of your new requested date.
